Power users can open the trait layer, override individual traits, and keep explicit edits protected.

Raw grades are sacred
WA-WA stores the actual grades you submit. Lenses do not rewrite those grades. They only re-weight them at read time, which means the same scouting opinion can produce a personal board, a community board, and eventually a team-fit board.
